Our Annual Fountain Community Health Fair & Give-a-way event has been impacting Prince George's County since 2012. This event is meant to serve the community through free health screenings, resources, food and basic necessities.We will provide you with additional services towards increasing your financial sustainability with the aim of getting you out of the recipient income bracket. We cannot list all of the services that we have today, but we encourage you to move around and interact with our sponsors, vendors, and service providers to take advantage of the many resources available free of charge to you.

What to Expect

Join us for our 13th Annual Fountain Community Health Fair — a day of free health screenings, fresh food, household essentials, and so much more for you and your family!

No-Cost Health Screenings — Immunizations, behavioral health, blood pressure checks, CPR/Naloxone training, and more
Free Food & Fresh Produce — Fresh bread, fruits, vegetables and more to take home
Household Items & Clothing — Clothes, shoes, hygiene products, small appliances, and household essentials
Amazon Give-a-Way — Each family receives a large Amazon box filled with assorted goods
School Supplies — Back to school items and stationary
Same-Day Registration — No pre-registration required. Just show up!

Important Reminders ⚠️

⏰ The event closes promptly at 3:00 PM — Arrive early for the best selection!

☀️ Stay Hydrated! This is an outdoor event. Please bring water bottles and dress appropriately for the weather.

🚗 Participants are encouraged to drive — you will leave with a LOT of free give-a-way items! Plan for extra trunk space.

👜 Bring reusable bags to help carry your give-a-way items.
